Chef Jamie Watson brings his passion for cooking and teaching to East Nashville with Cafe Fundamental.  Coining his cooking style "southern classique," he combines his classic French training with Southern influences.





DINE WITH US THIS TUESDAY, JUNE 4 TO SUPPORT EAT GREEN TENNESSEE, BENEFITTING THE LAND TRUST FOR TENNESSEE.  


A group of 25 passionate and local food lovin' Nashville restaurants will donate a percentage of their day's sales to The Land Trust for Tennessee to support their work protecting farms and other incredible natural and historic places across the great state of Tennessee.  Come help us support our local farms and history.  We'll be open from 6-9pm with our Tuesday Night Bonne Nuit Menu as well as our new Prix Fixe Menu.



Cafe Hours:
6pm-9pm (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
6pm - 10pm (Friday - Saturday)
9am - 2pm (Saturday & Sunday Brunch)
